Shipping policy
Rekka™ works with international fulfillment and logistics partners to ship orders directly to your door, including carriers such as DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services depending on destination.
Orders are charged at checkout. All payments are subject to verification and approval before processing, and may occasionally be delayed for security or fraud prevention checks.
Shipping Process
We require 2–7 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before it is handed over to our shipping carrier. During peak periods, holidays, or high-demand items, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order has entered processing, we are unable to guarantee changes (including address updates). Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
We only ship on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Items in the same order may ship separately depending on warehouse location and availability. You may receive multiple deliveries.
Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier. If no tracking information is available after 5 business days, please contact us at support@rekka.com.
Deliveries
Shipping time varies by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. These are our estimates for your reference:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Rekka™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. Rekka™ cannot predict or control these charges. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
Rekka™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist where possible.
Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
