Rekka started with a simple, annoying problem: training hard, then losing days to soreness.
The founder was lifting four times a week and watching every heavy session cost three days of stiffness. A sports massage helped, but at $80–$120 a pop, twice a month, it added up to more than the gym membership. Foam rollers did almost nothing. Stretching helped a little. Ice baths felt like punishment. The only thing that actually worked was the EMS machine the physio used — and that meant booking weeks out and paying for the privilege.
The thinking was obvious. Why is the technology that genuinely works locked behind a $100 appointment?
Rekka exists to fix that. We took the same category of EMS recovery tech used in sports clinics, shrunk it down, made it wireless, and built it for people who train seriously but do not have time to build their week around recovery appointments. Stick it on, press start, get on with your day.
No clinic. No appointment. No foam tube on the floor.
Just recovery that fits into your life — so you can train again, sooner.
