Return Policy
Rekka accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Item is in original condition with no signs of misuse or intentional damage
- Original packaging is included where possible
- Items showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, or improper handling may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Certain items cannot be returned, including intimate items (such as undergarments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rekka.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We may be unable to process claims reported after this timeframe.
